CANCELLATION POLICY

🌙 Mynd Hair Beauty Policies ✨ Booking, Cancellation & Deposits A deposit is required for all chemical services to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total and are non-refundable. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. All required forms, waivers, and questions must be completed prior to your appointment. All chemical services require a consultation prior to booking. Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Deposits are non-refundable • A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment ✨ No Shows No call / no show appointments will be charged: → 50% of the service total OR $100 (whichever is greater) After 3 no shows, you will no longer be able to book with me. ✨ Late Policy A 10 minute grace period is allowed. • 10+ minutes late → appointment may be canceled • This will be treated as a late cancellation For chemical services, this will result in a charge of → 50% of the scheduled service total For non-chemical services, this will result in a charge of →25% of the scheduled service total P in. ✨ Color Corrections Color corrections require a consultation prior to booking. These services are customized and may require multiple sessions depending on your hair history and desired results. ✨ Service Adjustments Your satisfaction is so important to me 🤍 If you have any concerns with your service, please reach out within 7 days so I can make any adjustments at no additional cost. After the 7 day period, any additional services will be considered a new appointment and will be charged accordingly. ✨ Guests & Children Due to limited space, one guest is allowed per appointment. Children are welcome, but must remain with you at all times and may not roam the suite or hallways. If this becomes unsafe or disruptive, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. ✨ How to Have a Successful Appointment First & foremost, please arrive on time. • Please do not arrive early, as there is limited waiting space within the suites. • Please come with clean, dry hair (washed within 48 hours). If you are receiving an on-scalp blonding service, please avoid washing the night before to prevent irritation. • Please do not arrive with wet hair. If you are coming from the gym, please blow dry beforehand. If you arrive with wet hair, a blow dry will be added to your service. • Avoid wearing turtlenecks or bulky hoodies/jackets that cannot be removed, as they may be at risk for staining. • Please brush and detangle your hair prior to your appointment. Excessive detangling may take away from your service time. (If you’re having a hard time with this, just let me know ahead of time—I’m always happy to help, no judgment 🤍) • Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for content and social media. If you prefer not to be on camera, please let me know ahead of time. Following these guidelines helps ensure your appointment runs smoothly for both of us ✨ 🚨Please inform me no later then 24 hours prior to appointment if you will bringing a guest so I can better assist you before your appointment time on where to wait when entering the suite building🚨 ✨ Lastly Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Respecting these policies allows me to stay on time and provide the best experience for every client. IF APPOINTMENTS GO OVER ALOTTED TIME; it will be additional 50$ per hour non-chemical services & 75$ per hour chemical services. PLEASE NOTE THIS.
